About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Corporate Affairs & Marketing senior leadership team to lead Strategic Enablement, Planning & Governance for the function.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and lead the delivery of integrated programs of work and organisational planning based on strategic priorities as well as risk management and preparedness in relation to crisis response.
* Lead and coordinate the development of the Annual Operating Plan for CA&M and contribute to successful delivery through accountable ownership of key programs.
* Prepare high-quality submissions and strategic documents on behalf of the MD, including Executive team papers, presentations, and Singtel Optus Board (SOPL) papers.
* Collaborate across CA&M and beyond, to achieve outcomes of transformation initiatives.
* Develop and manage BU performance scorecards, control processes and when applicable crisis response to enhance and maintain organisational wide resilience.
Requirements
* Experience of setting strategy and gaining agreement across all levels of an organisation and its leadership team at an enterprise wide level.
* Experience in a senior business operations or business manager role within the telecommunications industry.
* Strong, validated experience delivering on the execution of transformation and organisational change projects.
* Enterprise leader who can partner with a wide circle of contacts, involving them in generating mutually beneficial long-term opportunities to further the BU strategic ambitions.
