Description The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Executive (Secretary/Executive Assistant) to join our Risk Advisory team, our Consulting arm of the business, in Melbourne on a permanent basis.In this role you will provide high level Practice Executive and business support to our Risk Advisory Partners. You will assist with the development of comprehensive knowledge of clients, markets and work streams.Some key areas of responsibility will include (not limited to): Practice & Client Management Extensive Diary & Travel Management Business Development/Marketing including Event Management Monitoring and managing inboxes for Partners Monthly Billing/Invoicing requirements Our Practice Executives play a pivotal role within the firm, ensuring that support services to legal staff are delivered appropriately and within a timely manner. About You: Professional skills and competencies you will present include: Experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary within a consulting or professional services environment. High degree of initiative, pro-activity and problem solving skills, with a willingness to take ownership for the completion of tasks/projects and deliver innovative solutions to improve systems or work practices. Excellent organisational skills. Strong written communication skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to draft correspondence and presentations.
