ARRCS is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support residents at our Pulkapulkka Kari Flexible Aged Care facility in Tennant Creek, Northern Territory.

Remuneration and benefits:
Our exclusive package includes:
* A penalty-driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 ranging from $44.20 - $46.43 per hour gross base per hour dependent on experience.
* In addition to your base salary, all Registered Nurses receive a $30,000 bonus (equivalent to $15.18 extra per hour) exclusive to our Tennant Creek facility and applicable only to applicants with over 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Key skills and qualifications:
* Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
* At least 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Aged Care.
* Full working rights to work in Australia.
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multicultural care team in various settings.
* Knowledge of policy review and implementation for clinical governance.
* Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills and automated technology proficiency.
* Current Flu Vaccination, Immunization History, National Police Check, First Aid Certificate with CPR, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and NT Drivers' License or willingness to obtain these prior to commencing.
