XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd | ContractSalesforce Developer (Australian Citizen)XPT Software Australia PTY Ltd, incorporated in 2016, is a Software Services company.XPT works with top clients across Australia in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, Energy, Mining, and Manufacturing domains.We have 120+ technocrats in Australia working at our client locations.XPT Software Australia is part of group companies which has global presence across India & Europe.We have served 100+ clients globally, fulfilling their onsite-offshore needs.Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Desirable system knowledge of enterprise applications such as Salesforce.Experience using work tracking tools such as Azure Dev Ops.The role is responsible for:Understanding the department's current and future technical environment including system dependencies.Interpreting technical solutions for non-technical staff such as business and business analyst stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions.The production of detailed designs, system process models, and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs as documented in Requirements documents, Epics, and process maps.The production of products within a DevOps and agile delivery model, including feature definition, requirements, and Product Backlog Items (PBI) definitions.Working closely with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development.Analysis of systems to define nonfunctional business and system integration requirements.Working collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements to define a high-level interface solution.Identifying and managing risks, assumptions, dependencies, and escalation.Planning and facilitating workshops with business and business analyst representatives to clarify requirements and present design solutions.Producing detailed designs, system process models, and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs.Utilising excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships and networks internally and externally.Discussing technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff.Utilising excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
