Seeking an ambitious and results-driven National Sales Manager to spearhead our client's sales team and drive commercial success across the country.
Reporting to Country Manager, in this critical leadership role, you will be instrumental in driving ambitious sales targets and leading a high-performing team towards continued success and excellence.
In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet quarterly and yearly targets. Foster collaboration, conduct regular performance reviews and ensure effective cross-departmental communication to achieve goals. Strategic Planning & Market Engagement: Develop and implement an annual business plan with clear strategies to meet sales quotas. Ensure market coverage, engage with target customer segments, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Relationship Building & Operational Support: Build strong relationships with KOLs and influencers, represent the company at industry events, and submit timely reports on sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Finance) and travel as needed to support the sales team and business objectives. About you: Proven experience in managing and leading capital sales teams, especially within the Aesthetic and Ophthalmic laser markets, with direct engagement with Key Opinion Leaders and influential figures in the scientific and clinical community. Proven ability to motivate and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious goals. Skilled in executing strategic initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and fostering collaboration and results-driven change. Execution-focused with a strong track record in closing sales and driving success. Excellent communicator, negotiator, and networker, with high integrity, adaptability, and a passion for commercial growth in fast-paced environments.
