About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workplace Host to join our team at ISS Facility Management Pty Ltd. As a Senior Workplace Host, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class museum experience to our clients and their visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver engaging and educational tours and exhibitions that showcase our client's history and brand values.Manage tour bookings and event reservations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and a safe and compliant environment for all visitors.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including property services and onsite retail banking teams, to ensure a high-quality experience for all visitors.Build and maintain strong relationships with neighbouring entities and historical and tour guide organizations to ensure a smooth and successful experience.Work with our client's technology support teams to ensure all audio-visual equipment and content is maintained and working at all times.Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting all visitor expectations and acting as the face of our client's brand.Represent ISS as a professional, responsive, and committed partner to the success and continuous improvement of the contract.Ensure the working environment is safe, functional, and well-managed.Maintain the assigned commercial site/floors as the corporate showcase to all visitors.Ensure all relevant process documents, procedures, and listings are accurate and up-to-date.Follow end-to-end journey in relation to cleaning and reactive maintenance needs raised.Support and drive engagement to all events and activations.Support relevant communities in delivering experiences that are accessible and inclusive.Ensure client's database data accuracy is maintained and all relevant mailboxes are monitored and managed.Consider sustainability and cost savings in all decision-making.About UsISS Facility Management Pty Ltd is a leading provider of facility management services, dedicated to creating a culture that values inclusion and diversity.
