The position for Mechanical Engineer trainee/graduates is a newly created role within the company. Some of the indispensable duties that the role should expect to perform include, but are not limited to preparing sketches, operating heavy machinery, and performing important calculations on the product. Key Responsibilities: Comply with site safety, health and environmental systems, policies and procedures. Execution of mechanical maintenance for the site with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement. Provide mechanical maintenance cover during machine breakdowns. Investigate, analyze and determine root causes of mechanical failures to improve machine reliability and availability, provide troubleshooting ideas and plan. Provide support for other technicians and engineers in mechanical assembling and installation. Ensure the finished products conform with specifications. Participate in short and long-term maintenance planning and execution, including shutdowns. Review work instructions, procedures, and work scopes. Start as a Process Worker for the first 3 months to gain knowledge of the basic operations and procedures of the factory. You will then be transferred to a General Hands role, preparing all resources for machine running. After 3-6 months, you will start doing the junior technician role. Market rate salary will be offered according to your skill level. Requirements: Good at English and Mandarin. Attention to detail. Recent graduate from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
