We take care of you Access to a range of staff and wellness support programs Key Responsibilities: The Manager will lead and influence high performing teams to enable SAAS to meet its workforce commitment in relation to identified frameworks and governance. The Manager has responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive human resources, employee relations, recruitment, HR Administration and Support; Workforce Data and Analysis and HRM systems; operational workforce planning and performance conduct functions. The role will provide significant leadership in the provision of high-level workforce management advisory service within SAAS, including leading change. The Manager will provide expert advice and consultancy to the Executive Director, Workforce regarding workforce performance and improvement within SAAS.
