They are currently looking to appoint two Administrative Assistants to join their team in Acacia Ridge. This is a full-time, 3-month contract, with the possibility of going permanent. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the compilation of client dossiers, both soft and printed copies Assisting with the material traceability for both welding and manufacturing Office Administration - Answering phones, taking messages and transferring calls appropriately Welcoming visitors and customers in front reception Data entry/Excel spreadsheets Assisting with the setup of meetings Morning coffee machine cleaning and restocking of coffee/tea/general kitchen duties Filing and scanning of documentation Accounts payable assistance, matching invoices, statements, goods receipts Accounts payable processing using SAP Business 1 system where applicable Candidate Criteria: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry Good communication, and Interpersonal Skills. Communicate effectively with all management, staff and clients.
