About the role
In this dynamic position, you will assist in managing our Customer Experience Team, ensuring an outstanding sales journey for retail customers. You will work closely with the Retail Centre Manager to drive success, including finance and insurance (F&I) targets, while motivating and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional, flexible customer journey.
Reporting into the Retail Centre Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
1. Lead and mentor the Customer Experience Team, ensuring performance expectations are met.
2. Provide comprehensive product knowledge and manage customer interactions, ensuring a "Customer First" experience.
3. Support the sales process, including contracts, finance, insurance products, and handling customer enquiries.
4. Resolve escalations, complaints, and manage customer details in Salesforce and DMS.
5. Assist with onboarding and training new team members, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
11. 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing and sales role, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading a team.
12. Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
13. Ability to multitask, ensure high standards, and mentor team members to success.
14. Proficient in MS Office and confident using digital platforms.
15. Previous automotive industry experience and familiarity with Finance & Insurance products (desirable).
16. Experience using Salesforce (desirable).
17. Valid drivers licence
