A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional Office Management skills.
About the role
The ideal candidate will provide high-level support to the Director and Team, requiring excellent organisational skills, self-efficacy, time management expertise, and the ability to thrive under pressure in both individual and team environments. They should be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on behalf of the Director.
The successful candidate will effectively coordinate meetings and office events, draft documents, manage social media, and assist the Director with meeting preparations.
Working hours: 9am - 5pm, 3 days per week

Responsibilities:
• Calendar and diary management
• Event coordination and management
• Coordinate and organise office activities
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the Director
• Social Media Platform management (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
• EDM management
Canva experience is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly and upbeat demeanour
