About the opportunity The Site Administration is a diverse role at the heart of the Ginning & Warehouse operation at Cecil Plains. Some of the responsibilities include:
Recruitment, medicals, rostering & shift approvals, events coordination.Organise seed and bale truck bookings and deliveries.Enter gin runs into SAP, support Grower Service Representative.Perform inspections of containers and documentation as an Authorised Officer.Organise cotton bale and container releases, and export documentation.Invoicing, coding; inputting of stock, gas and fuel consumables; stocktake.Support with safety inductions, training paperwork, risk assessments, PPE.Support the Gin Manager with general administration and other adhoc duties as required.About you We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused, proactive and detail-oriented individual that can handle diverse priorities with a passion for operational excellence.
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or agricultural environment.Strong multitasking abilities with a high degree of accuracy.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds.Proficient in time management, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is highly valued.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours during peak season.Valid driver's license.Authorised Officer (AO) accreditation or willingness to obtain it.Live in the Darlin Downs region / proximity to the Gin or are willing to re-locate to this area.What's in it for you?
