Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and help them navigate the mortgage process. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to determine the most suitable mortgage solutions for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive loan terms and rates. Guide clients through the application and approval process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and lending policies. Requirements: Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Relevant licensing as required by local regulations.
