Job Description A Career that lets your passion shine: Conduct nightly audits of hotel financials and transactions Maintain accuracy in reporting and support with the daily financial close Provide seamless guest service with a luxury standard mindset Monitor security and ensure guest safety throughout the night Manage Opera Cloud software to maintain data accuracy and efficient check-in/out processes Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Process payments and manage guest accounts.
