Additionally, the role takes a keen interest in the financial management and commercial aspects of the operational division, ensuring that operations are efficient and profitable. The successful candidate will need to balance these responsibilities to drive both contractual compliance and financial performance.This is a permanent full-time role.Your new role will:Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Lead and mentor a team of 5 highly competent contract management professionals.Provide strategic leadership and direction to a diverse team located across regional areas.Mitigate the impact of unforeseen issues within the contract management life cycle (Primarily the Performance management stage) through comprehensive risk management strategies.Oversee the protection of Horizon Power's commercial positions, ensuring all contractual obligations are met in accordance with established parameters.
