Full Time, Fixed Term (12 months) Level 9 - $128,874 to $136,173 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Location: Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst or Wagga Wagga (Remote location negotiable with the right candidate) You will lead a team of teams who are passionate about service delivery and providing innovative solutions to clients.
This role requires constant involvement in the continuous process improvement cycle to match industry standards and innovations within the university.
You will lead a service-oriented culture with teams to deliver services aligned to Charles Sturt's goals and strategic plan.
You will have accountability for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Information Technology support and processes with involvement in procurement and provisioning of IT equipment for staff and Charles Sturt teaching and meeting spaces.

Extensive experience in managing, motivating and leading a team, building cohesion and setting common goals to achieve high performance and continually developing knowledge and capabilities Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead and promote customer-focused support services in a distributed IT environment with a large user base Eagerness to learn and quickly grasp technical knowledge needed to connect customer requirements with team service and support accountabilities Demonstrated commitment in developing and maintaining valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders Work-life balance (including a hybrid work model) About us
