Pilecome is now looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
* Reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure terms are clear and aligned with project requirements;
* Ensuring all contractual documents, variations, amendments, and notices are properly filed, tracked, and managed throughout the project lifecycle;
* Monitoring project costs to ensure they remain within budget, managing progress claims, and overseeing payments to subcontractors and suppliers;
* Identifying contractual risks and providing solutions to mitigate potential legal and financial issues;
* Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards in all contractual dealings;
* Assisting in negotiating terms with clients and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes for the company;
* Coordinating with project managers and site teams to ensure that contractual obligations are met and any variations or changes are properly communicated and documented;
* Preparing regular progress and financial reports, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely invoicing;
* Acting as a liaison between project teams, clients, and subcontractors to address and resolve any contractual issues;
* Preparing, managing, and resolving claims for variations, extensions of time, or other contractual disputes;
* Assisting with financial forecasting related to contracts and project delivery to ensure alignment with company objectives;
* Monitoring and managing any changes or amendments to contracts, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of such changes;
About you:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Contract Administrator;
* Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions, particularly in construction and civil engineering contracts;
* High level of accuracy in reviewing, drafting, and managing contract documentation to avoid errors or misunderstandings;
* Familiarity with construction project management principles to ensure contract administration aligns with project goals and timelines;
* Experience with contract management and project management software;

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000
