Full time, continuing position Utilise your technical expertise to provide technical support for the day to day operations of the Identity and Access Management ServicesBase Salary $121,508 + 17% superannuation About the opportunityThe Systems Administrator, Identity and Access Management provides technical support for the day to day operations of the Identity and Access Management Services to enable the University to provide seamless and secure access to systems.This technical support role covers security, maintenance and expert system administration to ensure the efficiency of ICT infrastructure software including identity management, directory services and provided SaaS solutions. The role contributes to the development and ongoing enhancement of systems through systems documentation and provides expert technical advice with a customer service focus.Your key responsibilities will be to:liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, risks and set priorities and own resolution of incidents, service requests and problemsunderstand client expectations and deliver outcomes to agreed targets and timeframessupport and maintain the University's identity and access management software solutions, via software life cycles, adherence to ITIL-based operational support and delivery processes to provide high availability and usability of university systemsperform the implementation of operating environments and activities related to the technical plan for the work area, ensuring effective conversion of design into operating processesdevelop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure application environments ore maintained, current, patched, available and secure.About youexperience in undertaking installation and decommissioning activities, including supervision of external parties providing servicesdemonstrated ability to contribute to building capability within the ICT technical stream ensuring effective knowledge sharing and coachingdemonstrated experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical supportstrong technical proficiency in administration of identity and access management software and lifecycle management including Okta, IdentityNow and BeyondTrustdemonstrated experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support.To keep our community safe, please be aware of our COVID safety precautions which form our conditions of entry for all staff, students and visitors coming to campus.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaPlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
