We seek self-motivated graduates to join our two-year graduate program, becoming part of our supportive team of rehabilitation consultants dedicated to helping Australians remain safe and healthy at work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial assessments, testing, and brief interventions for job seekers facing psychosocial and mental health barriers to obtaining or sustaining employment
* Perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support
* Conduct initial assessments with injured workers and case management for return to same employment
* Evaluate and report on workers' mental health fitness for work and psychological functional capacities
* Administer intelligence testing and reporting
* Evaluate the effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work
* Prepare detailed case notes and reports
* Collaborate with adult clients from diverse socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial, and nationality backgrounds

Requirements:
* Masters degree in psychology
* Graduated within the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
* Eligible for Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA upon graduating
* Eligible for the 5+1 supervision arrangement
* Eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable but not essential)
* Current Working with Children Check and pre-employment national criminal check
* Full drivers' license (own vehicle not necessary)
