The Opportunity My client is a global business which operates in an essential and highly stable industry. Presenting an ideal opportunity for an experienced payroll officer to step into management. Working within a dynamic and supportive payroll team under a highly tenured manager. Supported by a payroll officer, this role will oversee the business's monthly payroll processing for 1500 staff, including: New Starter set up Calculate Termination & redundancy and process in payroll system Long service leave and parental leave payment calculations Generate final payrun reports and issue payslips End of pay processing including generating files for GL upload Ensure LOA's are correctly coded Data Entry for Monthly Overtime Maintenance of Employee records Processing of annual pay reviews and bonuses Quarterly Director payments Oversee the administration of Superannuation and Novated Leases Ad-hoc process improvement The Person To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Payroll Officer, including experience in a large complex business. Previous exposure to blue-collar staff will be highly regarded. With a minimum of 3 years experience using iChris or Chris21.
