As the sole Physiotherapist at Port Macquarie Base Hospital on Saturdays, you will provide services across various departments. It will be essential to prioritize your workload and manage a wide spectrum of clinical referrals, including Emergency Care, Medical and Surgical Wards, ICU, and Paediatrics as needed. Bachelor degree in physiotherapy or equivalent qualifications for registration or eligibility for registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Demonstrated extensive level of knowledge and clinical expertise in the physiotherapy management of patients with acute and/or chronic illnesses. Demonstrated high level of effective communication, consultation and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member of a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrated high level of experience in supervision and teaching of students and staff. Knowledge of and commitment to the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct.
