Overview: In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives to drive growth and market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and external agencies, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Manage day-to-day operations of brand activities, including product promotions, packaging updates, and marketing efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints. Track and analyse brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement. Support in managing relationships with external partners, including creative agencies, media agencies, and other stakeholders. Assist in the preparation and presentation of marketing reports, consumer insights, and competitive analysis. Coordinate the execution of new product development and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications and Experience: 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or FMCG industry. Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer marketing. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
