Our client is seeking an Asset & Facilities Coordinator to oversee the operation, maintenance, and upgrades of our Perth office facilities.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and operation of building facilities and assets.
Manage property leases, landlord relationships, and regional accommodation options.
Supervise security contracts and protocols for our offices and depots.
Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and manage work orders.
Lead minor building refurbishments, fit-outs, and support project management.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For: Experience in property/facility management and asset maintenance.Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and property leasing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI) for data analysis.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.WA Driver's License (C or C-A) and willingness to travel to regional WA.Bonus Points For:Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Management, or related fields.Project management or construction administration experience.Knowledge of Ellipse systems and Government Trading Enterprises (GTE).What We Offer: ??
