Registered Nurse - PACUPart Time RoleThe OpportunityWe are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our team of passionate professionals to drive Ramsay's high standard of patient care.As a PACU nurse you will:Provide excellent care to patients recovering from AnaesthesiaBe enthusiastic, passionate, and part of a supportive teamReporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will have the flexibility to work early or late shifts with on call components.You will also demonstrate the following:Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered NurseMinimum 2 years of PACU hospital experienceDemonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.Any post-graduate perioperative qualifications will be highly regardedRemunerationOn offer is hourly base salary of $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
