This role involves developing and overseeing compliant and innovative procurement strategies to enhance contracting outcomes and manage vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: Fleet: Maintain fleet leases, manage asset refurbishment, compliance, and cost management. Property: Implement Footprint Strategy, manage site assessments, lease negotiations, and building fit-outs. Supply Chain: Oversee bulk glass purchasing, vendor management, customs compliance, and logistics coordination. Capex: Develop business cases for capital expenditure. Sustainability: Identify opportunities to reduce CO2 emissions and mitigate risks in the supply chain. About You: Degree qualified with at least 5 years of experience in procurement and fleet management. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Experience in property leasing and knowledge of the glass or construction industry. Competency in pre-legal review of draft leases and logistics management.
