A Full-time Aged or Disability Carer is required to work between $73,000 - $75,000 per year. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, observing and reporting changes in resident needs, and ensuring maintenance of clean linen. Other duties include assisting residents with mobility, serving meals, and providing emotional support. Requirements include a Diploma in Aged Care, two years of experience, and a current driver's license. The position also requires a NDIS worker screening clearance, annual flu vaccination, and full immunization against COVID-19.
