Release Train Engineer (SAFe / ART) Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Release Train Engineer (SAFe / ART) to join our team for an 11-12 month contract in Canberra.
About the Role
* Contribute to and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes to support teams in delivering value.
* Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
* Escalate and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Manage and optimize the flow of value and drive relentless improvements.
* Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) practices and Program Increment (PI) execution.
* Support the adaptation of SAFe to client needs, standardizing and documenting practices.
* Contribute to reporting artefacts in line with required cadences.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Release Train Engineer.
* A strong understanding of the SAFe methodology and its application within a large and complex program in a government context.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with a range of stakeholders and audiences.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (desired).
