Job Title: Business Development Manager - Structured Cabling Solutions

Reporting to: Regional Sales Director for ANZ
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in structured cabling solutions to drive business growth and build long-term relationships with clients in Canberra and surrounding areas.
Requirements: Provide remote and onsite technical support to the organization, enabling informed business decisions regarding warranties, installation practices, adherence to relevant standards, and effective project strategies. Collaborate proactively with the sales team to ensure the role is recognized as a value-add by both internal staff and our four external customer pillars: Distribution, Consultants, CI, and end users. Work closely with global technical teams to share technical knowledge, develop globally aligned solutions, and help create a seamless global technical organization. Contribute to the online Customer Service Portal system, including the development of technical white papers, supporting documentation, and training materials. Coordinate and conduct practical installer training sessions. Maintain and update records, testing parameters, and other necessary information to support the sales organization in securing projects and business opportunities. Basic Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. Can consider lesser but should be from structured cabling industries. Strong understanding of the Structured Cabling marketplace in ANZ and deep technical knowledge of copper and fibre Structured Cabling Solutions. Background in Structured Cabling Installation practices and a solid understanding of relevant industry standards. Strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize, and manage workload independently. Flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous self-improvement and contributing positively to the team. What Will Put You Ahead: BICSI - RCDD accreditation.
