The Role:
To be a trusted advisor and coach to the ARB Production and VIC Distribution Centre teams, and Engineering, supporting the delivery of business objectives through operational people support and execution of the P&C Plan.
Provide advice, coaching, and best practice support across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, engagement, and culture, change management, employee engagement, performance, and remuneration, talent & succession, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Relations Management: providing quality advice to supervisors and managers, ensuring all legal compliance is met to Modern Awards, EBA, and Fair Work Standards, to mitigate risk for ARB.
* Support leaders to manage ER investigations, processes, and employee grievances, to resolve issues and mitigate risk, and protect ARB culture.
* Seamless delivery of cyclical people activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration, talent and succession, remuneration reviews, enabling operational excellence through people for short- and long-term success of ARB.
* Support leaders to manage underperformance, in a fair and equitable way, to drive high performance, aligned to business outcomes, and proactively manage underperformance.
* Provide advice and support to leaders playing a pivotal role in helping to build organizational and team capability, fostering accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Provide operational people advice and support to Leaders, Supervisors, and Team leaders, and their teams in a dynamic environment, building strong relationships built on trust and credibility.
* Work with the Training and Development team to implement learning and development solutions to meet organisational and employee capability needs, to build front-line leader capability.
* Support recruitment efforts for the Production Team.
Requirements:
Three years' experience as an HR Advisor in manufacturing or a similar blue-collar sector, with a sound understanding of employee relations and relevant legislation, including Modern Awards and EBAs.
Strong advisory skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to partner effectively with leaders and manage stakeholders, along with a commitment to integrity and ARB's core values.
