The Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their market leading Australian success story. Based in Greystanes, this role offers a supportive and inclusive team culture and will initially start as a temporary position with a view to transferring to permanent.
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be a natural team player who presents from a similar background where you have worked in a detail orientated role and ideally supported a sales team.
The Role
1. Support the sales function of the business including all sales processes
2. Management and maintenance of all pricing cards
3. Ensuring all customer set ups are accurate and correct
4. Prepare quotes for sales team
5. Update and modify set ups and service codes
6. Generate and process new sales leads and pricing requests
7. Provide administrative support to the sales team across ad-hoc duties
Skills and Experience
8. Stable and proven experience working as an Administrator ideally supporting a fast-paced sales team
9. Impeccable attention to detail ensuring all work produced is accurate
10. Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
11. Outgoing and engaging personality
12. Ability to influence, persuade and build strong relationships
