As a Business Analyst at Trilogy Care, you’ll do more than manage requirements, you’ll bring clarity to complexity. What You’ll Do As part of our growing Digital team, you’ll work across our Aged Care SaaS platform to deliver meaningful, testable features that support care delivery and decision-making. You’ll collaborate with Product, Data, AI, and Engineering teams to: • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and users • Map and document end-to-end service and customer journeys to identify pain points, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Translate product ideas into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria • Contribute to AI feature scoping, including data needs and compliance fit • Create and maintain artefacts like process maps, interface diagrams, and decision trees • Facilitate workshops, research, and discovery sessions with aged care providers • Support testing, feedback cycles, and release validation • Help coordinate internal documentation, training content, and change activities • Track lessons learned and improve delivery processes along the way How You’ll Make an Impact – We’ll Know You’re Succeeding When • Requirements are clear, testable, and reduce rework • Engineers and QA consistently reference your stories and artefacts • Stakeholders feel more informed and engaged during delivery • Workshops lead to validated, prioritised features • AI use cases are well-documented and aligned to real-world data • Internal teams rely on your artefacts for shared understanding About You – We’re Looking For Someone With Essential experience • 3–5 years in business analysis or digital product delivery • Background in SaaS or cloud-based platforms • Experience documenting user stories, workflows, and interface requirements • Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar • Strong communication and analytical skills • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams Bonus points for • Exposure to aged care, health, or regulated environments • Experience with AI, automation, or data-informed features • Knowledge of WCAG or digital service principles • Certifications in Agile, BA, or product frameworks • Understanding of funding models like HCP, CHSP or NDIS Life at Trilogy Care We’re not just another provider.
