Do work that matters:
Supporting the Financial Crime domain, you will relentlessly pursue the elimination of financial crime through data and analytics capabilities within the Customer Lifecycle Management squad.
In this role you will:
Assist with the establishment and governance frameworks and processes for the Customer Engagement Engines Ensure adherence to governance and correct accountability around timely resolution of risks and issues Work closely with Squad, PO and stakeholders to implement change initiatives designed to improve our customer communication processes Provide data-driven insights to deliver recommendations for control and process enhancements Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business, channels, risk and technology.

Customer-first Mindset: always starting with and anchoring back to the customer outcome Risk Mindset: this role is for a Risk Champion, with a strong ability to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks Experience with NBCs essential, experience delivering comms through CED or MarCC highly regarded Strong stakeholder/supplier engagement skills including presentation and communication skills Commercial experience with data exploration & analysis tools e.g.
