This role is responsible for delivering client projects with a wide range of project scopes and values across a broad spectrum of disciplines.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking to appoint a Project Manager. With this role, we continue to grow our Project Management eminence in Australia.Key responsibilities for this role include:Risk and Issues Management: Ensuring early identification of project risks and applying carefully considered mitigations to minimise occurrence of issues.Schedule Management: Development, monitoring and reporting on project schedules through all lifecycle stages.Project Development: Identifying scope of works based on client needs including assisting in business case development and securing project funding.Stakeholder Coordination: Identification of stakeholders, liaising with all parties to capture all relevant issues, inputs, and restrictions that may affect project outcomes.Approvals & Planning: Working with the wider project team to obtain necessary building approvals.Contract Management: Ensuring compliance with contract terms in delivery of the works for consultants & contractors, processing of payments, and managing change.Construction Management: Control of the construction site management for the safe and compliant delivery of works in conjunction with consultants and safety advisors.QualificationsRequirements:The successful candidate will have:Awareness of Australian building standards & systems (MEP, in particular)Experience in the construction industryStrong skills with project schedulingExperience in both Microsoft Project and AconexAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages of deliveryA self-starting attitude with great communication skillsA focus on positive client/stakeholder experiencesQualifications:Professional certifications in Project ManagementEligibility for the Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
