BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATOR / OFFICE SUPPORT
A rare opportunity to develop skills in a unique and exciting role based in beautiful South West WA. Office based in Dunsborough, this position offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in the accounting/bookkeeping and administration of a private family’s business and property investments.
You will have a varied workload with your responsibilities including but not limited to:
* Management and reconciliation of financial accounts for multiple entries with MYOB
* Assisting in preparing financial information/reports for monthly and annual reporting
* Budget and cashflow preparation for existing and potential investments
* Assisting in management of property investments
* Supplier and product research, costing and analysis
* Liaising with contractors/suppliers
* Day to day office support as required including personal assistant duties for Directors
About you:
* Ideally 5 years plus bookkeeping and office administration experience
* Excellent MYOB and Excel skills
* Accurate and methodical
* Discerning with absolute discretion
* Advanced time management skills, including the planning and prioritising of tasks
* Strong communication and problem solving skills and ability to demonstrate initiative
* Self-motivated who can work autonomously whilst also being part of a team
* Committed to long term involvement
