About the Role: Reporting to the Manager People Services within the People and Culture team, as the Payroll and People Services Lead you'll ensure the OPP is supported with timely, accurate payroll services and provide expert guidance on complex queries. As this is a newly established position, you'll also play an essential part in refining our payroll policies and systems, improving governance, and contributing to efficient processes and improved people experience.
