About the Role:
* Work alongside the Centre Manager to ensure the centre’s effectiveness in promoting the health, well-being, and holistic development of children and staff, creating enriching educational opportunities.
* Help lead and inspire the team by mentorship and guiding our staff, fostering educational growth while embracing diversity and a supportive culture.
* Drive the implementation of programs and partnerships to enrich Early Years Learning Plans in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework.
You will have:
* Previous experience working in the Early Learning sector as a Room Leader, Educational Leader or 3IC/2IC.
* Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively.
* Proficiency in educational programming within the Early Years Framework, including resource development.
* Skilled in staff rostering and management.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft packages, and familiarity with systems like QIKKIDS and Time Target.
* Experience in recruitment activities is a bonus.
