Aldus Tronics Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Capital Equipment Sales Professional to join our Australian Packaging Team in Sydney, NSW, targeting the North Sydney and wider NSW territory. As part of the successful Aldus Group, we offer comprehensive solutions to the print, packaging print, and labelling industry across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic value-selling approaches to identify opportunities with new and existing customers
* Create and manage robust prospect sales funnels to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads
* Craft and execute sales strategies and budgets aligned with organizational goals
* Design and deliver an effective plan to achieve target commercial performance
* Cultivate and maintain the organization's reputation among clients and prospects
* Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, offering value-added solutions
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably with capital equipment sales
* Strong ability to understand technical opportunities and deliver value-added solutions
* SAP ERP or similar system experience
* Willingness to travel intrastate or interstate as required
