You have Customer Service experience or are from a Call Centre background or an administrator that has worked within a Customer Service team. This established company was founded in the 1980’s and has evolved into one of Australia’s largest independent water filtration importer/exporter wholesalers and retailers. They are looking for a Customer Service officer to join their busy team in Cammeray in a full-time or part time capacity. This role would suit someone with Customer Service experience from a Call Centre background or an administrative customer service team member looking for the next challenge in their career. Responsibilities: Responding promptly to customer inquiries Communicating with customers through various channels-phone, email, chat. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support General Admin Skills/Attributes: Has a passion for providing great customer service Customer service experience Good organizational skills A team player with a can-do attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail Experience in problem solving Excellent time management skills Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment Experience in MS Office Applications Must have Permanent Residency to be eligible
