We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Pre-paid Funeral Specialists. Your leadership experience could be in banking, financial services, or other industries, where your transferrable skills can help you successfully lead a team to deliver exceptional outcomes for all. We help todays’ Australians plan for their tomorrow by supporting them to organise their funeral arrangements in advance. The intrinsic reward and satisfaction you will receive is profound. Key accountabilities of the role will include: Lead and coach a team of pre-need specialists to achieve sales and revenue targets Oversee the work plan and scheduling activities of the field teams Actively engage in ‘shoulder to shoulder’ coaching as part of your regular work plan Help to develop and implement sales plans to target new market segments for business development. Support sales activation of b2b and corporate partnership opportunities to grow profitability and market share. Support research and product innovation to enhance market position, share and profitability. Collaborate in delivery of the value proposition for the pre-need product range Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and IVC policies by implementing effective risk and compliance controls and instilling a compliance culture Work closely with customer & marketing, legal and risk teams to ensure the process of content management and monitoring is optimized and managed appropriately. About you: 5 years' experience in sales leadership Proven success in coaching and developing sales teams Experience leading and managing the achievement of financial performance targets. You’re a natural at developing, embedding, and growing local business and stakeholder relationships. Track record in leading and developing a multi-brand, multi-location cross functional team You possess a great balance of commercial acumen and empathy. Candidates with experience in financial services sales leadership with a strong understanding of life and superannuation product regulation or investment schemes sales processes would be highly regarded.
