The role involves managing projects and a small team, driving the development lifecycle, and ensuring high-quality UX across platforms.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in PHP/Laravel, a passion for seamless UX/UI, and a commitment to accessibility and modern development practices, while fostering collaboration and mentoring less experienced team members.
Responsibilities include:Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align technology with business goals.Lead and mentor a small, dynamic development team.Drive the technical strategy using your expertise in Laravel/PHP and React to create scalable & sustainable solutions.Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and security.About YouAs a Chief Developer, you will have a passion for innovation, be an expert with Laravel/PHP & React and have experience leading innovative projects.
You will be a proactive and impact-driven individual with the foresight, agility, and wherewithal to think outside the box, prioritize effectively, and maintain a strong focus on delivering outcomes.
