Foundation Recruitment is exclusively representing an industry-leading territory business that is seeking an experienced Drafting Coordinator to join its team based in the Darwin N.T head office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings while managing and mentoring a team of two drafters. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing our drafting processes by adopting new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on Drafting – Create and oversee the production of accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
* Team Leadership – Manage, mentor, and support a team of two drafters, ensuring efficiency and precision.
* Process Improvement – Identify and implement advancements in drafting technology and workflows to enhance productivity.
* Collaboration – Work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver seamless project execution.
* Quality Assurance – Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
