MIEAust or IChemE equivalent, CPEng, and RPEQ.Strong expertise in water and wastewater treatment processes, including hydraulic design ideally in an engineering consultancyHigh proficiency in computer-aided design software, such as AutoCAD and 12D, and possess strong time management and project analysis skillsTechnical skills across a broad range of areas within water and/or wastewater treatment/process disciplines.Strong technical writing skills are imperative, as is the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of stakeholders.Ability to submit technical reports to a high standard requiring minimal correction and provide final review of project reports.A proactive approach to safety and risk management, with experience in HAZOPs and safety reviewsPrevious involvement in wastewater treatment projects, especially with government regulations, is highly regardedExcellent relationship-building skills, contributing to business opportunities and successful project deliveryDemonstrated experience in applying value engineering practices and principles.Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Design Management is desirableDemonstrated experience in Design Management, Design Review and review of infrastructure standardsClass C Driver's Licence; andGeneral Construction Induction Training Card.Ideally, you're someone whoHas the ability to understand, analyse and interpret designs, operational data, policies, regulations, standards, and guidelines, and draw on their experience to make design and project delivery decisions.Along with experience in a similar role and your enthusiasm to deliver and see things through, you will also bring with you:Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and or RPEQ as recognised by Engineers Australia (or international equivalent) preferred (obtained or on track to obtain)Knowledge of the relevant OHS codes, standards and legislation.
