Located in Northgate QLD, this role is perfect for any individual who is keen to be part of a team providing reinforcing steel mesh, bar and associated products to customers as well as associated stores and production tasks.
This is a full-time role and is perfect for any individual who is seeking a rewarding career within the steel industry.
The Role:
* Assist with production work and operation of machinery
* Cutting and bending of reinforcing steel
* Assist with bundling and loading reinforcing steel onto trucks
* Learn to weld reinforcing steel structures together
About you:
* Experience in a production environment
* Experience with using machinery
* Forklift and welding experience (desirable)
* Metal production or reinforcing steel – not essential
* Commitment to safe work practices
