Engineering Team Manager - Reliability and TechnicalPay CompetitiveLocation: Potts Hill/New South WalesEmployment type: OtherJob DescriptionAs the Engineering Team Manager - Reliability and Technical, you will lead Sydney Water’s Reliability Engineering function and provide leadership in areas of Asset Management and Engineering support, ensuring the effective management and continuous improvement of our asset fleet. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary team through all phases of asset management—from creation to maintenance and renewals—while driving strategic alignment with enterprise goals. You will oversee impactful projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and mentor a team of professionals including Asset Managers, Engineers, and technical experts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional growth.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of professionals, including engineers, asset managers, and specialists.Provide mentoring, support, technical advice, and training to team members.
