Operations Shift Manager
Description: As an Operations Shift Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.
This includes motivating, mentoring, and coaching a team to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce.
* Maintain Health and Safety standards, promoting a Health and Safety culture on-site.
* Collaborate with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives.
* Push, pull, squat, bend, and reach varying weights.
* Stand and walk for up to 10 hours during shifts.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
* Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
* 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
About the Role:
You will work in one of the following areas: receive, stow, pick, pack or ship within our Fulfillment Centre operations, or at a Delivery Station where you will continuously improve delivery processes.
