Responsibilities
:
1. Accountable for the end-to-end delivery Service Management platform portfolio and for the achievement of the target service performance, maturity level and risk profile
2. Lead support and maintenance capability, ensuring high availability, performance and sustainability of this critical service.
3. Ensure Service Quality is maintained to the highest level on behalf of the customer, own issues and improvements across all parts of the service.
4. Ensures adherence to the Technology framework and manage the risk profile to meet regulatory obligations that exist in our operating environment.
5. Understand the service integration and maintain an ongoing understanding of business and platform strategies, evolving technologies, legislations, regulatory & security changes which may impact or evolve delivery of the service.
6. Understand and manages the performance and stability of the applications, systems andponents which form the end-to-end service.
7. Produce and be accountable for platform performance metrics aligned to industry best in class.
8. Manages technology as per Westpac standard processes & policies.
9. Manages operational relationships with partners we may work with, to improve the quality of the Technology services delivered.
10. Support partners in oveing any roadblocks or resolving issues.

What do I need?
Essential
11. Senior technology / platform leadership - 5+ years.
12. Technology tertiary degree (or equivalent).
13. Business and technology relationship management at senior levels - 2+ years.
14. Vendor management - 2+ years.
15. Performance orientation.
16. Service Management experience - 5+ years.
Desirable
17. ServiceNow experience - 2+ years
18. Westpac experience - 2 years
19. ITILv4 Certification
20. ServiceNow CSA or higher
21. Knowledge of integration technologies such as Rest API's
22. Knowledge of key upstream and downstream systems in the Westpac environment such as NetIQ, Flexera, Alfabet, PagerDuty, Azure / AWS, Tenable IO and Red Hat
23. Knowledge of supporting systems like SQL Server, PowerBI, PowerAutomate
