About you
Are you a people person who loves variety and can keep pace with a busy diary and office? The role would suit an EA with experience providing a range of administrative support services. This is a challenging and dynamic position which requires energy and passion for the work.
Your Opportunity:
We are looking for people to join our team in Brisbane on a full time basis. As a key interface for the team both within the firm and with our clients, you will cultivate collaborative relationships and provide an exceptional level of service.
In this dynamic and integral role you will be:
1. Join the Enterprise Business Support Team and collaborate with the administration network nationally
2. Providing administrative support and diary management to Senior Partners onsite and virtually
3. Organising meetings and events both internally and externally
4. Event management for small to large events
5. Special project support as and when required for the team
6. Providing administrative support for business development initiatives and engagements both on a local and national level
7. Maintaining the CRM database and running CRM reports as and when required
8. Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information.
9. Coordination of domestic and international travel
10. Managing strong professional relationships to senior internal and external stakeholders and their EA’s.
How are you Extraordinary
You will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:
11. 2-3 years' experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant position
12. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating confidence, strong personal presentation skills and the ability to liaise at executive levels
13. A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
14. Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
15. Strong attention to detail and proactive
16. Intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, with other skills also considered favourably
