Business Development Manager
Develop and grow the Mobile Tool Store (MTS) business in the Geelong and surrounding area by servicing approximately 600+ potential customers through regular calls and developing strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a sustainable business model for MTS
* Sell the benefits of the Repco Customer Value Proposition (CVP) to maximize Share of Wallet (SOW) and provide long-term loyalty
* Maintain mobile store appearance and presentation at all times
* Store Mobile Tool Store safely and securely at residence
* Provide regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Implement monthly promotional activities
* Review pricing to meet current marketplace
* Promote and sell Repco own brand product range and Milwaukee product range
* Manage territory to focus on current and new business sales growth

* Process cash, card, and account payments in line with company policy
