About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio, working across:
* Professional Indemnity
* Public & Products Liability
* Management Liability
* Cyber Insurance
* Motor Fleet/Commercial Motor
* Marine Cargo
* ISR Insurance
You will also:
* Work closely to develop client relationships
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior/inexperienced staff
* Assist with complex placements and occasional complaint resolution
* Attend client meetings and industry functions to maintain relationships
* Be across all claims
* Maintain a high service standard

* 5+ years of broking experience
* Strong industry relationships and technical expertise
* A professional, presentable personality with excellent client-facing skills
* Ability to work independently while mentoring others
