Responsibilities: Convert leads into new managements Prospect for new opportunities, within the existing database and through effective networking Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of business Adhere to set weekly and monthly KPI's and targets Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained Assist the team with ad-hoc projects to further assist the business In order to be successful in this role, you will need: To be PROACTIVE this role is highly rewarding and we need someone HUNGRY & MOTIVATED Previous experience within Real Estate - You could be working within Leasing, Property Management, Sales but the main thing is a willingness and track record in being proactive to deliver outstanding customer service in achieving goals Strong follow up skills The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment Team orientated Must be presentable Must have a driver’s License and access to a car full time You must have an Agents Rep certificate or Cert 4 in Real Estate Services.
